LALA V-Camps are an intensive virtual leadership program that provides the tools, community support, and training needed for profound social and personal transformation. Through a series of interactive virtual sessions designed by our world-class staff, you will explore powerful evidence-based frameworks and practices, develop high-impact career skills, and gain entry into a network of hundreds of renowned change-makers throughout the region.

students?

Students aged 14-20 who have access to internet* and are passionate about creating positive change and impact

in their communities.

​Students with demonstrated leadership history seeking the tools and opportunity to impact their communities and

Latin America.

We review and select applicants using four criteria: leadership potential,

sense of purpose, acts of service,

and values alignment.

PHASE 1: Community Building

PHASE 2: Practice of Inquiry Methods

 

Los estudiantes se toman el tiempo para compartir sobre sí mismos y escucharse unos a otros a fin de crear una rica comunidad de aprendizaje para los estudiantes y sus compañeros participantes.

PHASE 3: Becoming Storytellers

 

Los estudiantes aprenden la importancia de elaborar una narrativa y el papel que juega la historia en cualquier viaje de liderazgo. Los estudiantes internalizan cómo usar la narrativa para potenciar la forma en que se educan a sí mismos y a los demás, así como para movilizar recursos y comunidades.

PHASE 5: Arriving at the Turning Point

Los estudiantes comienzan a crear un plan que los orienta hacia la comprensión y la búsqueda de su identidad y sus metas de impacto social.

Los estudiantes practican métodos de investigación que producen conexiones y comprensión más profundas de sí mismos y de los demás. Al aprender a entrevistarse entre sí, los estudiantes practican la vulnerabilidad al decir su verdad y, en última instancia, profundizar las conexiones con la comunidad.

PHASE 4: Becoming Problem Understanders

 

Los estudiantes aprenden la importancia de elaborar una narrativa y el papel que juega la historia en cualquier historia de liderazgo. PHASE 6: Closing, Final Shares & Ecosystem

 

Students practice vulnerability by doing a final share that enables the community to better understand who they are.
